Dr. Zhi graduated from School of Medicine of Tongji University in 2004 and received M.D. from the Second Military Medical University in 2015. From 2004 to 2012, he served as a resident physician and chief physician in the General Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of the Second Military Medical University. Since 2012, he has served as a vascular surgeon in the Second Affiliated Hospital of the Second Military Medical University. He participated in academic exchanges to Hokkaido, Japan in 2015.
Dr. Zhi published eight SCI papers as the first author. He edited the "carotid plaques endarterectomy - surgical techniques and perioperative management", "carotid artery and vertebral artery surgery", "carotid artery stenosis and stroke" and other three monographs. He participated in the project: the establishment of a new theory "anatomical fixation" and its application in the abdominal aortic aneurysm cavity repair surgery, which won the second prize of 2013 military medical achievement, and the third prize of 2014 Shanghai Medical Technology Award.
